Tracking & delivery

Once your order has been dispatched a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email with your tracking link and updates from DHL (USPS) Express Couriers or UPS Overnight Express Couriers.

If you are unable to be contacted upon delivery and the goods are returned to us, you will be refunded minus a $15usd return shipping fee.

TAX & DUTY CHARGES

State sales taxes where applicable will be added at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer to be paid. These taxes are determined by the laws of your state.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Our most requested pieces rarely stay in stock. Pre-order gives you early access to sold-out styles, offered in limited runs and available only while allocations last. If it’s available to pre-order, it’s worth acting quickly. Secure yours before it’s gone.

Our pieces are produced in intentionally limited quantities to reduce excess and avoid overproduction—supporting a more thoughtful, sustainable approach to fashion. Pre-ordering allows us to better align demand with production, meaning less waste and a lighter environmental impact.

Our pre-order items' secure goods that have not landed in our warehouse as yet, whereby limited numbers have been made available for purchase. You will be charged when the order is placed in the same way you would a normal purchase, and your garment will be priority dispatched once stock arrives.

We do our best to estimate arrival times, but note that this can vary at times due to circumstances out of our control. For all orders containing preorder items, the full order will be sent when the preorder item arrives.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available.

R eturns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. To initiate your return request please click here for the returns portal, and follow the prompts. Once your return request has been initiated, you will be sent an email with instructions on how to return your items.

We aim to process returns within 2 business days of receiving your return parcel. Please note that slight delays in processing timeframes may occur during collection launches and sale periods.

Return shipping is at the cost of the customer, including the return shipping label. Our warehouse is located in Dallas Texas, and return fees may vary based on your location. Return fees and restocking fees apply.

Return fees

Refunds: $15 return label fee will be deducted from your refund for the cost of shipping. $8 per order restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges & store credits: $10 subsidised return label fee will be charged for the cost of shipping when your exchange is lodged. Exchanges and store credits will not be charged a restocking fee.

*Please note for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands there is a flat return fee of $20 for refunds and $15 for exchanges or store credits. An $8 per order restock fee applies to refunds only. There is no restock fee applicable to exchanges or store credits. For exchanges, the flat rate cost of re-shipping will apply.

Refunds

We offer refunds for full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging with tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet this criteria.

Once our returns team have completed a quality check and processed the return, the full value of the item(s) will be refunded back to the original payment method, excluding any shipping fees. Please note that we cannot change card numbers or refund via a different method or to a different person.

Please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back in your account once your refund has been processed, depending on your original payment method. Orders purchased using a gift card will be refunded back to the gift card.

We do not offer refunds on gift cards, or sale/discounted items including those purchased with promotional discounts.

110% store credit

We offer a store credit at 110% of your item value, with no expiry date, for full-priced items.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability at the time of the return being processed.

If the item you have requested is unavailable, we recommend checking the product’s description for restock information, signing up for notifications, and opting for 110% store credit, or refund.

Sale items

We offer 100% store credit only on sale items provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging with tags attached. W e do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items. Products with *final sal e are not eligible for a store credit, refund or exchange.

Faulty items

In the unfortunate event that your item arrives with a manufacturing fault, please report this to customer service at info@deijistudios.com within 14 days of delivery for a replacement, repair, or refund. Please include a detailed description and clear images of the fault in your email.

Items with manufacturing faults discovered after wear must be reported within 3 months of purchase. Please include a detailed description and clear images of the fault in your email. Items damaged due to incorrect garment care or general wear and tear are not considered faulty.
